I did something I usually don't do- it was too tempting not to. I added something to a painting, later. John Davis pondered what she was near that made the highlights on her hands and the lighting overall. So I painted in these little globs of light. It's more storytelling now...I think anyway. That wasn't the purpose...but...I could not resist...

So is this a second painting? Or did you also change the overall colours?
No, same painting. The colors look different because we shot it in the sun and the lighting came out different, I just wantd to see her actually reacting with something. However, her pose is for something alot bigger in terms of a painting.
Perfect, Bob! John is a very smart guy (but we knew that). This the icing on the painting. Are they fireflies? falling stars? Fairy magic? Who knows and who cares. Luvly!
